Small Dog Breeds
Dogs are possibly the best pet you could have. They are totally reliant and appreciative of you and never need much more than love and a place to live. How many people do you know that fit this description? Probably none. Dogs are one of the oldest known pets and people all over the world have them. There are little dogs and big ones. Quiet dogs and noisy dogs. But, they are share one characteristic...they love their owners with no reserve.

This is Niko's diet. His favorate is raw Beef and/or Pork. For some reason he doesn't like raw chicken, but he likes rotissery chicken from the local supermaket! LOL! I started feeding him raw since he was a puppy. He was tiny back then(1lb and 2oz), so i had to cut small cube sizes portions the size of Legos for him to eat. Now he's pro and munches on spare ribs and pork necks. He loves it!!! I believe this is the only way to feed your dog, cat, etc because they are carnivours and should be fed a species appropriate diet. OH, sorry about my messy room! ! ! :D |

Luna, my raw fed (15lb) Eskimo Spitz chows down on a raw chicken leg/thigh. Delicious! Luna eats a raw meal for breakfast, and then a premium grain-free (EVO Brand) meal of kibble for dinner. I highly recommend raw feeding, especially for smaller dogs as small breeds tend to have a very high rate of dental problems. Raw feeding prevents & even eradicates gum/tooth disease and decay due to the enhanced & more rigorous chewing, ripping, tearing and scraping as a dog consumes raw meat & bones. |
